I believe yoga is for everyone. But I am acutely aware that yoga (here in the West) is set up to benefit those of privilege.

And because I understand that life is busy and self-care routines can’t always occur at the same time every day, I’ve created totally flexible, affordable, online classes.

My classes are not recorded videos. I meet with you 1:1 via video chat on a weekly basis, and our session is entirely customized to meet you where you are.

My goal is to guide clients toward a more mindful way of living, using the tools and tenets of yoga.

Mindful Meditation
Learn to quiet the mind and still the body. Class utilizes breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, meditation to quiet the mind and internal (or external) reflection for growth. Come, breathe and be held. Book Now.
